AUDELE –Asociación Uruguay de Difusión del Español como Lengua Extranjera- is a non profit organization approved by the Uruguayan Cultural and Educational Ministry in 2005.
In AUDELE we do different kind of cultural, recreation and educational activities and trainings.
We also work with volunteer programs and youth exchanges.

- The members and the volunteers of the association come from different professional fields and are of different ages and trainings, form pupils and students to fresh university graduates and experts with experience in certain fields;
- A door open for those young people who wish to get involved in different projects, and opportunity offered to those who wish to make a difference;
Aim and objectives:
MILLENNIUN CENTER is a non-profit organization. It was founded in April 2000 out of the desire to offer a legal and organized environment for the young people’s initiatives.
Our AIM is to promote the interests of the young people on a social, cultural, educational, sports and economical level. In other words, we wish to promote our generation.
We are to achieve our aim through these OBJECTIVES:
- Promoting the young in all the fields of the social-economic life;
- Helping the young people acknowledge and respect their legal rights and obligations, supporting them in their contacts with the local and central authorities;
- Promoting the principles of democracy and fighting against totalitarism and extremist ideologies;
- Informing the young people of certain opportunities that might exist in the educational, cultural and social fields;
- Promoting ecological principles, the protection of the environment and the education of the youngsters to respect nature;
- Organizing cultural-artistic shows, sport events and recreational and educational activities;
- Promoting dialogue between generations;
- PPromoting an inter-cultural, European dimension;
- Giving social scolarships;
- Promoting activities in the field of numismatics or other hobbies;
- Promoting tourism and sports;
- Family and child protection;
NGO Continuous Action
EstoniaNGO Continuous Action is a non-governmental organisation founded in 2005. Continuous Action is the organisation which unites people interested in voluntary service, Lifelong Learning and equal opportunities. Our activities are developed according with diverse programmes proposed by European Commission. We coordinated or/and implement projects oriented at giving access to people at different ages and with different social, professional, geographical background to the non-formal, intercultural and Lifelong learning opportunities. In this meaning we establish partnership with organizations from Estonia and from other countries all around Europe in involving young people, youth and social workers in Youth Exchanges, Training Courses and other projects under Youth in Action Program. For these projects we prepare and send participants, groups of young people in order to get knowledge and skills in diverse areas. The age of people involved projects coordinated by us varies between 16 and 30 years old mostly. (more about these projects see Annexe I.D)Continuous Action is an experienced organisation dealing with voluntary work and most of the people involved are young person’s motivated to do voluntary work most part of the time. Since the start of our organisation 4 years ago, and also before that by the people who work in the organisation now, we have been involved in local and international volunteering. We have hosted 9 volunteers, sent 51 and coordinated EVS hosting projects in Estonia (41 volunteers).We are also working with the other programmes like Leonardo, Grundtvig, AMICUS.
Student Youth Council
GeorgiaOrganization has been established in 2001 by four student organizations, promoting establishment of high education standards in Ozurgeti (Guria region, West Georgia).
Mission: *Student-Youth Council* is a public union, which aims at solving the problems that youth and students are facing by protecting their rights, promoting knowledge and skills, filling informational gap, realizing youth’s intellectual, creative, cultural and sport potentials.
Nowadays the organization works in following programmes: Youth integration and assistance for their active involvement in public life; Assistance for to promote and develop volunteering; Assistance for to establish and develop democratic govern/self-govern.
On the base of organisation is functioning the non-registered children union *Sunny Yard*.
Organization is a founder of *EuroClubs* - working in the schools of Guria Region.
The organization is: associate member of *National Council of Youth Organizations Georgia* (www.ncyog.ge); corresponding-member of the international youth organization *Youth Human Right Movement* (www.yhrm.org); associate member *Youth European Network – EURO-NET* (www.eng.synergy-net.info); member of the *European network against nationalism, racism, fascism and in support of migrants and refugees – UNITED* (www.unitedagainstracism.org); is a part of working group in our country in the frames of *European Youth Campaign for Diversity, Human Rights and Participation - All different, All Equal* (www.alldifferent-allequal.info).
Since 2006 year we`ve involved in “Youth in Action” programme actively and till this time we`ve took part in 19 different kind of activities at least in: 5 “Youth Exchanges”, where we were co-organizer sending organization and the co-organizer host organization of two projects as well as.
Since 2008 year we`ve involved actively in the “Action 2 – EVS” through “Youth in Action”. We had 11 EVS volunteers in our organization; also we`ve sent the Georgian volunteers in Poland, Greece, Czech Republic, Italy and Romania.
Talsu District Children and Youth Center
LatviaTalsi district Children and Youth Centre together with the support centre of the Non –governmental organizations of Ziemeļkurzeme is responsible for the coordination of planning the youth work, methodical leadership and forming informational data bases.Methodical centre of interests education, upbringing and youth work.Centre provides possibilities to young people up to 25 years to develop their skills, interests, talents, free time activities and further education of pedagogues.Full fills the programmes of interests education and civil upbringing activities.Centre offers different programs for youth – dances, music and theatre, rhetoric art, techical creation, foreign languages, tourism, psyhology. Importive part of our centre is work with youth, under centre works Talsi district Pupil Parliament and Youth Clubs association.About 50 young people take part in the association, they meet every month in the seminar and every week in the committee meeting. In the meetings they collect information , analyse, make conclusions, write projects, organize actions and make new aims for their work. Young people daily work in their “Youth ideas factory”, write projects, take part in different actions, collect methodical material of seminars and meetings, make research work, prove themselves in work and put the newest information in the home page in internet www.talsubjc.lvStuff of Talsi district Children and youth centre- 33 teachers, 5 technical workers.There are about 500 children and youngsters who take part in our centre.
Liepājas Jaunatnes centrs
LatviaLiepaja’s Youth centre is one of the municipal non-profit organisation. The centre has been established with the support of Nynäshamn (Sweden) in 1996.At the beginning the main goals were to increase health status among young people trough information about health and health-related issues. Now Liepaja Youth centre is one of few organizations in Latvia that has been implementing the politics of “friendly health services for youth”.Starting to deal with health issues, Liepaja Youth centre got involved in various spheres related with young people – increasing the number of volunteers between youngsters’ providing free – time activities for youth, discovering and supporting young leaders etc.At this moment Liepaja’s Youth centre take responsibilities to realize Liepaja’s Youth local policy from 2006 till 2010. This is the first planning document of youth in Latvia which was worked out by itself. Liepaja Youth Commission began to work out Youth local policy in 2002. The youth work group was established and there were involved young people from Liepaja Youth Commission, youth NGO’s, secondary schools, high schools and other institutions.Liepaja’s Youth centre is partner of EU project “Different History – Common Future! Youth as a resource for a sustainable future in the Baltic Sea Region – cooperation of municipalities, NGO’s and youth”. Centre provides “A Program for Young Volunteers” and also program in “Support of youth NGO’s and initiatives groups”. Liepaja Youth centre already 5 years works active with EU youth program “Youth in Action”. Organisation is coordinating 3 hosting projects and sends volunteers (Hei.Ref. 2008-LV-6). Liepaja Youth centre is official partner of Liepaja municipality in youth policy and single youth info net.Main activities of Liepaja’s Youth centre in 2009 are:·
Work with youth NGO’s (support & advice);
Develop webpage WWW.JAUNS.LV for youngsters of city of Liepaja;
Continue working with EU youth program “Youth in Action” (EVS-hosting, sending, exchanges, seminars);
Seminars for youth workers, representatives and NGO’s;
Work on Liepaja’s Youth Policy to develop & realize;
Thematically evenings for city youngsters.
Jugenbildungsstatte Unterfranken
GermanyThe Jugendbildungsstätte Unterfranken (Jubi) is a youth education centre and guesthouse in Würzburg. The Jubi offers a variety of intercultural trainings and qualifications and intercultural exchanges. In the international Youth work the Jubi is a local Eurodeskpartner.In the EVS program it is a hosting project, a coordinating and a sending organisation. (Hei Ref: 2007-DE-117).We also offer youth exchanges, international meetings and seminars in our house.
