In Varadia takes place the foundation's agriculture based project (working field and animal farm) which has as objectives the creation of working places for youngsters which have grown in orphanages and also of obtaining alimentary products for the foundation's projects.

The aim of this project has been ever since the beginning, supporting the children who are in difficult situations and of youngsters who left or will leave the orphanages and assuring different alimentary products for the support of the activities developed by the Humanitas Pro Deo Foundation.      The majority of these youngsters are not prepared to take their lives into their own hands and need guiding and help, especially in finding a working place through which they can earn their living. They also need to be integrated into a system in which they could feel safe.

In January 2002 the buildings along with a terrain of a former farm were bought in Varadia, having as objective the development of the project. In 2003 there was built, equipped and arranged inside the farm, a building destined to host institutionalized youngsters and workers. The building was donated by collaborators and by sponsors of the Foundation from France. The farm is equipped with machines and agriculture utilities, most of them being donated by collaborators of the foundation from Nordheim, Germany, in August 2002. Today in this project there are 10 institutionalized youngsters who are offered accommodation and all the necessary facilities for a decent life. The youngsters are getting involved in the work that is developed here, each of them having well established tasks. This agricultural project is coordinated by a couple of Romanian persons Petrică and Lucia Găină, who are being helped by another couple of French persons, P.J. and Sabine Sautel.

Also within the project from Varadia there is a Commercial Society of the PH IOSEB S.R.L NGO which deals with cutting the wood and where institutionalized youngsters learn how actually works. When the volunteers will be brought to the center they will contribute by giving life to the center with their presence and communication with the association's personnel and also with the disabled youngsters. They can get involved in activities with the youngsters from the center and can help to the writing of projects needed in order to obtain funds that will help the center's functionality.

The access in the above mentioned institutions will be made together with the facilitator who is also working for the Town's Hall. According to the activities that the volunteers will develop, these institutions will also be willing to help them.
