First Day in Kathy's Centre In Arad In Oradea

I work as a volunteer in the EVS project and the program that I have chosen in this project is called Powered by Social Corporate Responsibility. I learned about the project from the internet and as I was unemployed for  the moment I decided to try my possibilities in some any other fields and that´s why I am here. This project gave me the chance to visit one of the beautiful countries of Europe, with beautiful nature and architecture and friendly people,  to meet people of different cultures and traditions and to make friends with girls and boys from different countries, to learn Romanian language and generally I think I will gain much experience and improve myself during these six months as well as I will help those people who need the help the way I can do.

Although I haven’t had communication with too many Romanians but anyway from my little experience I can say that they are really friendly people, they are ready to help when you need one.

I like Romania with it’s architecture , nature, narrow streets. On the way from Bucharest to Arad we passed by some towns and villages and it was really very beautiful, especially I liked Brasov, nature was so beautiful in autumn colors and those old houses with typical Romanian roofs.

I haven’t visited many places of Romania, but I hope I will manage to visit at least important cities and towns  of it during these six months.

Up till now I have really enjoyed free time or project activities in Romania and I hope it will continue this way.
