City hall Explaining the project First aid demonstration Sharing snacks Showing the documentary With the mayor With the students

My name is Bruno Cabrera. I’m from Uruguay. Now, I’m in Romania. I went from this country 40 days ago to develop a campaign about the blood donation.

One of the communities we visited was Pecica. This is a small city near Arad, living a lot of Hungarian people. The first activity in this community was an interview with the Mayor of the city. He was very polite and we were very well received.

Then we went to a high school to present our project and promote blood donation.

That day had about 30 people listened to us carefully. First we explained the project.

Then we showed the documentary, made a first aid demonstration, and shared snacks with them. Also, we delivered the flyers of our campaign to the people present.

The students were very concerned about the blood donation.

For me was a very good experience because this was an opportunity to learn about new people and cultures. But the most important was raise awareness on the people of this community about the importance of the blood donation.
