Liceul Pedagogical Dimitrie Tichindeal Arad
After having my first holidays in Romania, after having the trainig in the most beautiful city of Romania, in Predeal with my groupe, I started working in the begining of January in Liceul Pedagogical Dimitrie Tichindeal Arad. At first, with others volunteers of my group, we started working on the presentation of our counties, of ourself and of course about EVS Volunteering. As usualy a good beginig follows a good ending, so our presentation was very productive: the questions about countries witch countained the questions about traditions presented country; The questions were about ourselfs witch countained private questions about our life and also about our hobbies and our jobs that we were doing in our counties; And for final we had the questions about EVS voluntering, questions with possible answers, what is EVS, who can participate, where the money comes from, etc. Also we had printed the information about EVS for students. In general, the students knew about EVS and also some person wanted to be involved in this project, because for them, it's very intresting to be a velunteer in abroad, to be involved in different projects. To my opinion, it;s very good begining for them, and also for us, because we are working for the students, so we can exchange the information and halp them to make a good choice. As for the 9 grade students, I was very surprised for their knowlege, all of them they could guess every question and had good answers about countries, about us and about EVS and Millenium Center, also in this class were very activ students, some of them were involved in different kind of art: folk dance, breakdance and sing. The most important was that they didn't refuse to present there talent during our lesson. For me it was very amazing and I was fiiled with advantages and was satisfied. If we take to consideration that it was the last lesson of the week, for me it was enough to have a good character for my future week-end! Because I fiiled with good emotions just for this students!
